I was trying to explain why these are the best household scissors to a customer one day. I looked them up online and an article from Bon Appetit came up that began ‘I never thought it was possible for scissors to have a cult following until I encountered the Joyce Chen Unlimited Scissors’. They are just generally all-purpose. They are good for everything from string to paper to cut flowers and herbs. Plus the handle is incredibly comfortable and they come in wonderful colors. I often give a pair as a housewarming present and they make a wonderful stocking stuffer.
