Aside from our online shop, Sugar Tools has a brick and mortar store in Camden, Maine that is open seasonally from May 1st until Dec 31st. Our online shop is open year round. We do not necessarily have the same stock in the store as we do online.

We accept all major credit cards.
We ship through UPS and USPS. We make every effort to ship your order within 2 to 3 days of receiving it. We occasionally use recycled boxes and packaging materials in good shape and hope you don’t mind. If you receive something that is damaged or broken, please contact us by email within 48 hours at the following address: email@example.com. Please contact us for international shipments and we may be able to accommodate you. At this time we do not offer gift wrap for online items but we hope to in the future.
We want you to be happy with what you receive. If you are not, we accept returns within 14 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which it was purchased. Items purchased online may be returned to the store when it is open from May 1st through December 31st. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent via UPS, Fedex, or trackable US mail. Any item that is not in the same condition as it was shipped will not be accepted as a return. We will contact you when your return has been received and processed. If you receive an item that is damaged please email us within 48 hours so we can determine the problem and resolve any issues with the carrier.
Out of stock items:
On occasion, an item you selected may, in fact, be out of stock. If this is the case, we will contact you upon receipt of your order. Some items offered online and in-store have limited availability.
